“Imagination is the only thing stopping us” — Les Echos

Les Echos profiles Inevitable on the eve of the Sommet Lumière in Saint-Paul-de-Vence. The pitch: a film from €250K, “with the quality of a blockbuster costing more than €50 million,” delivered in as little as four months, where a conventional production takes around two years. Jean Mach walks through the chain — animated previs, motion capture with real actors, then AI to turn it all into the finished film — and restates the rule: “The director is there at every stage: a human decides everything.” “We don't prompt,” he insists: the images come out of patented technology, and “we take nothing without permission.” On the board: fifteen projects signed, around a hundred in negotiation, the showcase film “Sync” unveiled in Los Angeles this autumn, and some €10 million raised over the summer.
