Privacy policy.

Inevitable SAS is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act.

01Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Inevitable SAS, whose full identification is provided in the legal notice.

For any question regarding the processing of your data or the exercise of your rights, please write to contact@inevitable.click.

02Data we collect

The website www.inevitable.click is a static showcase site. It sets no cookies, uses no audience-measurement tool (Google Analytics, Plausible, Matomo and similar) and embeds no advertising tracker.

The only personal data we may collect are:

  • Contact data you voluntarily share with us by email (contact@inevitable.click) or via links on this site: name, surname, email address, company, message content, screenplay or any attachment.
  • Technical logs from our hosting provider OVHcloud: IP address, request date and time, page requested, user-agent. These logs are kept by OVH according to its own legal retention periods.

03Purposes & legal bases

Reply
Reply to your contact or quote request. Basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6-1-b GDPR).
Project follow-up
Track the progress of a project or quote. Basis: contract performance or legitimate interest (Art. 6-1-b and 6-1-f GDPR).
Security
Detect and prevent attacks against the website. Basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6-1-f GDPR).
Legal duties
Keep accounting and contractual records. Basis: legal obligation (Art. 6-1-c GDPR).

04Retention periods

  • Contact requests with no follow-up: 3 years from the last exchange.
  • Client data (signed quote, ongoing project): duration of the project plus 5 years for commercial-evidence purposes.
  • Accounting records: 10 years, in accordance with the French Commercial Code.
  • OVH server logs: per OVHcloud's policy (typically 1 year).

05Recipients

Your data is shared only with people who need to know:

  • The internal team at Inevitable SAS (management, production, sales).
  • Our hosting provider OVHcloud (France, European Union) for technical hosting.
  • Our business email provider, for the transmission of emails.
  • Where applicable, our advisors (lawyer, accountant) or competent authorities, upon legal request.

No data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

06Transfers outside the EU

The website and its hosting are located in France. No personal data collected via this site is transferred outside the European Union. Should such a transfer become necessary in the future (for example via a future technical partner), it would be governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

07Cookies & trackers

This website uses no cookies. No consent banner is shown because no tracker is set on your device. Should we activate an audience-measurement tool or any third-party cookie in the future, a consent banner compliant with French CNIL guidelines will be added.

08Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your personal data.
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure in the cases provided by law.
  • Right to object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.
  • Right to restriction of processing.
  • Right to data portability for the data you have provided.
  • Right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • Right to set instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, send your request to contact@inevitable.click, with the subject "GDPR request" and any proof of identity required. We respond within one month at the latest, with a possible two-month extension for complex requests.

09Complaints to the CNIL

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL):
